Published in the February 2009 issue of the Harvard Business Review, it’s a succinct but comprehensive outline of how to get your house in order so you can weather the economic storm and be poised to seize opportunities. The 29 recommendations are couched under the areas of Financial Fundamentals, Share Price and Current Business, and are excellent “go do” activities not only for your bank, but for your business customers as well.

  2. Realign sales force utilization and incentives to generate additional short-term revenue.
