Farmers State Bank kept its Mobile Banking campaign local – by hiring a local, well-known teen to be the face of the service. Taylor talks about the convenience of mobile banking, and demonstrates how he uses it every day. Using humor, real-life scenarios and a “real” mobile banking user, buy-in and customer adoption was above industry standards.
