Overview
To proactively communicate merger details to current and new customers, this finely tuned template was used to cover all necessary communication, staffing and technological bases for the acquiring bank. In this piece, customers were proactively welcomed, account information and changes were detailed and transferred, key dates noted, and new locations mapped. Current customers also received a notice, informing them about the merger, explaining the many ways they will benefit from it.
