all the ways a home equity loan could be used, in order to identify with the specific and unique needs of each consumer. This, combined with
an attractive rate, made for a strong offer in a competitive market.

| CHALLENGE To promote energy conservation among customers and in the community. |

| SOLUTION The energy conservation loan was developed to help those who wanted to lower
their overall energy bill with a new addition or home improvement. Qualifying purchases included a new heating/cooling system,
water heater, appliances, doors and windows, or insulation. And, by simply showing proof of purchase, customers qualified for
a low, fixed-rate loan.
