MERCHANDISING
During any 30-day period, 60% to 65% of a bank's customers will walk into a branch lobby or use drive-up
facilities. Merchandising provides our clients an effective, cost-efficient process to reinforce brand and
promotional messages. It also offers a solution to coordinate otherwise physically disparate branches.
The objective of our Merchandising Audits is to assess and evaluate the use of current merchandising
components at all branch locations. Each branch is evaluated separately based on floor plans and a video
walk-through of each location provided by the client.
The goal of the audits is to provide recommendations that will enhance the customer experience, generate
customer inquiries, create a rich selling environment, and reinforce the client's brand image. Well-designed
and appropriate merchandising can communicate a message and enhance the decor and architecture of the branch
locations.
