Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years’ cross-channel campaign management
Proven work experience in digital marketing
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

The digital campaign manager oversees all digital advertising projects from start to finish, including strategy development, presentations, digital proposals, vendor coordination, and communicating/troubleshooting with client, account and vendor teams.
This position reports to VP, Growth & Innovation.
Plan and coordinate all client online advertising campaigns, including SEM, social media, display, and video
Define asset needs (such as copywriting, video, creative design, landing pages) requirements, and best practices, and communicate them to clients and team members
Measure and report performance of all digital advertising campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); analyze, as requested, performance of client-directed campaigns
Identify trends and insights to optimize performance and budget allocations
Provide SEO recommendations to optimize existing content, uncover new opportunities in coordination with paid media and SEM efforts
Brainstorm new, innovative and creative digital growth strategies
Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Implement conversion points and optimize user funnels through experiments, A/B tests, etc.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Some travel may be required
Ability to lead and manage SEO/SEM, report databases, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Tableau)
Experience working in SEO platforms (e.g., SEMRush, Google Search Console, ahrefs, SPYfu, BrightEdge, Moz, Screaming Frog)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
Prior experience within financial services, banking or other highly regulated industry preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Competent planning, organization and prioritization skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
