Digital and Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities for this role will be both strategic and tactical, as we are looking for someone who can be proactive in setting strategy, monitoring campaigns and budgets, making recommendations based on the metrics, and making adjustments accordingly.

The Digital and Marketing Automation Specialist must have experience in:

+ Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Strategy, Platforms and Execution
+ SEO
+ SEM
+ Paid Social
+ HTML/coding experience to place tracking pixels for digital campaigns

The role will be partially client facing, presenting as the subject matter expert within the Mills team and to clients. There will be some travel required as needed for training, internal or client meetings.
