Third Coast Bank had an aggressive, fast-paced 5-year growth strategy and it started with a merger with another community bank in Texas. With other large initiatives in motion at the same time, they knew the execution needed to be flawless to ensure their plan stayed on track. They called, we answered, the rest is history.
Decorah Bank & Trust already had the majority of the market share in their service areas but needed to grow. The way we saw it, they would either need to build in a new market, acquire to grow, or find a bold, new strategy.
