Effective January 1, 2015, Sarah Bacehowski will be president of Mills Marketing and I’ll be CEO. In case you don’t know Sarah, she earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism at the University of Iowa and has a Masters in Communication and a Masters in Business Administration. She’s been with Mills for 12 years and has worked hard to earn this leadership role. For those who don’t already know, Sarah is my daughter and it’s a very special gift for me to have Sarah so excited and committed to our organization and its future. We all look forward to a high-energy, innovative strategic path with her leadership.
Cheri Wiese, currently SVP, will become EVP on January 1, and Joni Sievers will be Office Manager and SVP. Both Cheri and Joni have decades of experience and a world of wisdom, all of which we’ll need, because we’re growing!
We’re looking at a remodel of the Storm Lake office and our Des Moines location is already bursting at the seams, so we’re getting creative with our space.
Our New Website
Scheduled to roll out in March, it will feature enhanced navigation, a streamlined design, and a NEW calendar of industry events and conferences which Mills will be attending, presenting at, or are events we think you’ll want to know about.
Our Enhanced Technology
We’ve partnered with Alliance Technology to update and optimize our internal and external channels, security and bandwidth.
While these are important and necessary initiatives, all of them are designed to provide more access, more speed, more useful information, and more results for you as you execute your 2015 plans.
Exciting times are ahead!
For your partnership. For your friendship. It means the world to us.
