SUMMARY:
The Account Coordinator responsibilities are focused on support for our Account Managers and their client relationships. This person will handle day-to-day project workflow, prepare production schedules, assist with on and off-site client meetings, and more.
Currently, this position reports to VP, Client Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage all project estimates, details, timelines, and workflow for assigned accounts.
- Assist in concept development/need-based sales ideas; start draft project briefs.
- Hold weekly internal project meetings and calls with clients to discuss the details and status of work in progress, with the goal being to always keep things moving forward.
- Manage and help prepare for virtual and on-site client meetings.
- Input production schedules and updates into our internal online project management system on a daily basis.
- Assist with campaign analysis and follow-up ROI reporting as applicable.
- Learn and demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in discussing Mills’ capabilities.
- Effective follow-up with a high degree of professionalism and energy, while remaining focused on allowing the prospective partner to engage.
- Represent Mills by attending trade shows and speaking engagements, and networking within the financial industry community to build reach and awareness.
- Support every associate whenever possible and foster a spirit of teamwork within the agency.
- Learn and demonstrate a sufficient understanding of digital advertising, as well as traditional marketing components.
- Be an intricate part of the agency’s long-term growth and success by continually finding ways to improve the agency’s services, processes and strategic position.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Prior experience within financial services, banking or other highly regulated industry preferred.
- Demonstrated project management ability to perform well in a highly dynamic and fluid environment.
- Experience serving a variety of clients in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

- MUST have the ability to work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
