Minimum Qualifications:
1 - 2 years' project management and marketing agency experience
BA degree in marketing or a related field

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works within our digital team to coordinate and assist with email, web, and digital projects for Mills Marketing and our clients.
This position reports to the Digital Marketing Director.
Coordinate and manage all digital marketing projects, details, timelines, and workflows for assigned accounts.
Assist with marketing campaign deliverables for clients across all digital marketing channels including email, SEO, paid advertising, website development, user experience, reporting and analytics, and more.
Assist with the documentation of internal processes, sales collateral pieces, and product development plans.
Help to execute agency marketing initiatives such as scheduling social media posts, emails, and website updates.
Participate in weekly internal project meetings and calls with clients to discuss the details and status of work in progress, with the goal being to always keep things moving forward.
Input jobs and updates into our internal online project management system on a daily basis.
Learn and demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in discussing Mills’ capabilities.
Effective follow-up with a high degree of professionalism and energy, while remaining focused on allowing the prospective partner to engage.
Represent Mills by attending trade shows and speaking engagements, and networking within the financial industry community to build reach and awareness.
Support every associate whenever possible and foster a spirit of teamwork within the agency.
Learn and demonstrate a sufficient understanding of digital marketing, as well as traditional marketing components.
Support Account Managers as needed.
Assist Account Coordinators with input, workflow, and management of projects as assigned.
Support every associate whenever possible and foster a spirit of teamwork within the agency.
Manage and help prepare for virtual and on-site client meetings as needed.
Prior experience within financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industry preferred.
Demonstrated project management ability to perform well in a highly dynamic and fluid environment.
Experience serving a variety of clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Willingness to take certification courses for Google, HubSpot, SEMRush, and more.
Must be able to work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong work ethic.
Positive attitude.
Good sense of humor in a very fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel when required.
Willing to train on location in Iowa offices for extended time during initial months of employment.
